9. Fixed lifting rack system

10. Fixture
10.1. The fixture is composed of our company’s existing LSSS-120JS lifting platform combined with a designed fixed fixture base. Below, 4-5 manual lifting platforms (LSSS-120JS) are fixed to the platform or lifting rack. Dimensions: 220mm×140mm×90mm (length×width×height), and 120mm stroke, allowing manual height adjustment. Then, fix the fixture base on the lifting platform, with dimensions of: 80mm×120mm×120mm (length×width×height);

3. Optical path cover
The optical path cover is divided into two parts. One is a single layer, with dimensions of 4500mm× 780mm× 500mm (length× width× height). The outer frame is made of aluminum profiles, with a shining silver aluminum composite panel installed on the inside, thickness 8.0mm. The upper rear end has an opening designed to connect with the sealed optical path tube, and the two lenses have side sliding doors for convenient maintenance .
The other part consists of two parts: 150mm×1760mm (diameter × height) and 150mm ×1800mm (diameter × height), which are joined together to facilitate installation and fixation.

4. Frame body
The designed frame dimensions are: 720mm×1720×3900mm (length×width×height), welded from 316L stainless steel #12 channel steel. To prevent the entire frame from forming magnetic induction circuits and to avoid disconnection and blocking, the main function of the assembly is to serve as the foundation for the two-layer platform.

5. Aluminum profile frame
The aluminum profile frame is made entirely of aluminum profiles and aluminum plates, with dimensions of 500mm×580mm×1250mm (length×width×height); Constructed with #2024 aluminum profiles and stainless steel plates, the aluminum profile frame structure provides excellent strength support. The stainless steel is an M6 threaded hole with standard hole spacing array, with a spacing of 25mm × 25mm, fixed on the vibration isolation platform.

6. Cantilever beam
The cantilever beam is composed of three parts, formed by welding stainless steel pipes to channel steel butt-welded steel pipes. The external dimensions are: 650mm×20mm×110mm (length×width×height), 600mm×90mm (length×diameter) in two pieces; The rear end is fixed to the aluminum profile frame, with a fixed area of 400mm x 110mm. The front end is cut out to secure the lens frame.
