LHV Series Active Vibration Isolation Modules

The LHV series of active vibration isolation modules adopt the design of air springs + single pendulum decoupling and precise active control in six degrees of freedom, achieving a low-frequency vibration transmissibility of ≤ -30 dB in the range of 0.5 – 20 Hz, a rapid response time of 8 ms and an anti-shock capacity of 25 g. They also support displacement compensation of ±2 μm and intelligent load self-adaptation (ranging from 0.5 to 5 tons).
FEATURES:
Excellent low-frequency vibration isolation performance
Multi-dimensional decoupling vibration isolation frame
Full-degree-of-freedom active control system
Millisecond-level dynamic response mechanism
Wideband vibration and shock compound protection
Intelligent load adaptation system

Product Description

The LHV series of active vibration isolation modules adopt the design of vertical control by air springs combined with horizontal independent decoupling by single pendulums. Integrated with the precise active control system in six degrees of freedom, it realizes omnidirectional vibration energy isolation. It is suitable for ultra-precision equipment (with nanometer-level precision) and extreme working conditions, ensuring ultra-high structural stability and anti-interference ability.

Application Fields

Acoustic Laboratories: Vibration isolation for anechoic chamber foundations (blocking the impact of ground vibrations on the uniformity of sound fields).

Medical Imaging Equipment: MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scanners, CT (Computed Tomography) scanners (eliminating the interference of mechanical vibrations on imaging accuracy).

Optical Precision Manufacturing: Laser interferometers, lithography machines, optical coating equipment (ensuring the processing of optical components at the sub-micron level).

New Energy Equipment: Lithium battery electrode coating machines, fuel cell bipolar plate imprinting equipment (suppressing material defects caused by production vibrations).

Precision Metrology and Inspection: Coordinate measuring machines, white light interferometers (ensuring the repeatability of nanometer-level measurements).

Quantum Scientific Research Devices: Atomic clocks, ultra-low temperature systems for quantum computers (isolating laboratory foundations and environmental vibrations).

Aerospace Testing: Inertial navigation calibration platforms, satellite payload micro-vibration suppression (meeting the requirements for ultra-quiet environments at the level of 10⁻⁶g).
