The ZDT series products feature a honeycomb structured platform combined with an automatic pneumatic levitation isolation system. The platform is compatible with tunable dampers, which, after optimization, endows the optical platform with unparalleled performance and value. Compared to conventional platforms, its exceptional specific stiffness reduces the impact of laboratory environmental loads and enhances the utilization rate of equipment and instruments.
Inherently equipped with broadband damping properties, we further augment our platforms with tunable dampers, offering a distinct advantage over the narrowband dampers commonly found in the market. While narrowband dampers are efficacious only at a single, predetermined frequency, their application scope is undeniably limited. From a vibration perspective, the initial resonant frequencies have substantial influence; particularly, when instruments are mounted onto the upper platform, the fundamental mode or even higher modes may shift, potentially rendering narrowband dampers ineffective.
Conversely, our designed tunable dampers effectively address a broader range of mid-to-high frequencies, with a specially calibrated high-efficiency region spanning from 50 to 500Hz, where the attenuation effect is notably pronounced. This tailored approach ensures comprehensive vibration control tailored to the complex dynamics encountered in real-world applications.
