VCM-S400 Active Vibration Isolation Strip

The VCM-S400 active vibration isolation strip is specially designed for scanning probe microscopes. It is resistant to electromagnetic interference and can bear a load ranging from 50 kg to 300 kg. Its vibration isolation efficiency is greater than 90% at 5 Hz and greater than 95% at 10 Hz. It has a rapid response time within 20 ms, and the stability of the tabletop is less than 0.3 μm/√Hz in the 150 Hz frequency band. It can significantly increase the scanning speed of atomic force microscopes (AFM) by 35%. It is an ideal vibration isolation solution for precision manufacturing and nano-metrology.

Product Description
The VCM series adopts multi-degree-of-freedom active compensation technology, providing a modular vibration isolation solution specifically developed for precision instruments. Through parallel actuator arrays (2-6 sets of expandable configurations), it achieves simultaneous six-degree-of-freedom vibration suppression within the frequency range of 1-200Hz, eliminating the interference of environmental vibration on ultra-sensitive equipment. 


Modular Design

It supports the hybrid connection of multiple models such as S400, D400 and D600.

It features a hot-swappable structure (the replacement of units takes less than 10 minutes).

It has redundant control channels (with dual DSPs for parallel computing).
